Comprising of Spa Suites and Pool Villas, Borneo Beach Villas is a beach front property set along a 7 km pristine white sandy beach, nestled on lush landscaped surrounds on the Karambunai Peninsula, with a million year old tropical rainforest and the distant majesty of Mount Kinabalu as backdrop. It is 35 KM (about 45 minutes’ drive) from Kota Kinabalu International Airport and 26 kilometers away from the city, Gaya Street.

Each unit is furnished with air conditioners in all bedrooms, spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy the private steam bath and Jacuzzi in the Spa Suite or swim in the private lap pool in the Pool Villas. Each unit offers complimentary cable TV (Astro channels) and DVD player. All units come with an incredible sunset seaview from the backyard, or private balcony with spectacular oceanic view.

Borneo Beach Villas has spa, gym,on site restaurant and cafe that offers various delicious cuisines and freshly brewed coffee. In addition to the excellent facilities, Borneo Beach Villas provides full housekeeping services with complete amenities, linens, towels, and toiletries. Mini shop is also available in the reception for snacks and daily necessities. Free Wi-Fi service is available in public area; Wifi Dongle is available for rent upon request. Information counter located in Villa 161 provides various complimentary activities and sport rental for guest enjoyment. Our friendly staff speaks English, Malay, and Chinese to cater all guests’ needs.
